We believe that bookstores are essential to a healthy culture. They’re where authors can connect with readers, where we discover new writers, where children get hooked on the thrill of reading that can last a lifetime.
About the Founder
My Passion for Books & Business can be traced back as far as my childhood elementary school days.
Whether as the president of my Highschool news paper or to the little girl selling cookies & #2 Pencils before class started, I’ve been on an entrepreneurial path right from the start.

I am driven by a deep passion for literacy and its transformative power. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting thousands of readers with books that inspire, educate, and uplift. My commitment extends far beyond the shelves; I am dedicated to creating impactful community & youth programs geared towards BIPOC families.

I believe in the amazing potential of urban communities and strive to be a change agent, championing initiatives that promote equity and access to bipoc literature & more. Through my work, I aim to empower young voices and cultivate a vibrant culture of reading and storytelling in both adults and youth.
Books coupled with Art, Music & storytelling is a match made in Heaven, lets not forget the Lavender matcha Latte's & delicious grilled cheese from our Cafe'
